Dear Members of Espace Freestanding Room Community,


As you are aware, our studios have been a hub of artistic expression and collaboration for 15 years. 


It is with a heavy heart that we must vacate our current location by December 31st due to upcoming building renovations. 


We don’t know what the updated space will look like, nor what the new rent may be, and thus,
we need your help:

We believe that affordable studios are essential for artists.
Let's ensure this remains the reality.

We understand that this news might come as a shock, but we believe in the strength of this community and we are confident that together, we will navigate this challenge.
