BOOKING

In the past, members have been able to book time on their own, but in light of COVID-19, members now book their time by emailing the Freestanding Admins directly - admin@freestanding.com.

Please take a look at the calendar and email admin@freestandingroom.com with the proposed date and time.

If you are a member, and haven't yet booked with Freestanding since July 1, 2020,

You will be emailed two documents:

- NEW PROCEDURES FOR MEMBERS DURING COVID-19

- WAIVER OF CLAIMS/RELEASE of LIABILITY - sign and return electronically to admin@freestandingroom.com

When your waiver is signed and returned, you will receive a confirmation of you booking by email, and will be able to see it reflected on the calendar. This email will also contain your door code to enter the space. Please note that the door code is changed often, and will not be the same one that you received in previous bookings.

If you just became a member of Freestanding,

Welcome! You will be contacted for a Room Tour before your first booking date and be sent a number of documents. Please be sure to return your signed waiver by emailing admin@freestandingroom.com .
